This application has been moved by the applicants/respondents for release of the awarded amount in terms of the decision rendered in Arb. Appeal No.155 of 2024 (National Highway Authority of India Versus Sunka Ram (Deceased) through LRs. Raj Kumar and others), decided on 27.12.2024. Learned counsel for the non-applicant/appellant submits that the judgment rendered in the main case on 27.12.2024 has not been assailed by the non-applicant/ appellant. 3. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel appearing for the non-applicant/appellant about judgment dated 27.12.2024 having not been assailed and the fact that more than 10 months have gone by from the said decision, there appears to be no impediment in allowing this application for release of the amount in terms thereof in favour of the applicants/respondents. 4. Accordingly, this application is allowed. Amount falling to the credit of the applicants/respondents in terms of the decision rendered in Arb. Appeal No.155 of 2024 is ordered to be released in their favour alongwith upto date interest. The amount be remitted in their bank accounts as per the details given in the application.
