This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a challenge to orders dated 27.03.2014, 10.04.2014, 02.04.2014 & 16.04.2014 and 17.04.2014, whereby the services of the petitioners were discontinued. 2. Vide impugned orders, the services of the petitioners were discontinued as the period of contract for which their services were hired through placement agencies came to an end. 5. It is sell settled principle of law that no one can claim anything beyond the terms and conditions of the contract. 6. Since the period of contract for which the petitioners’ services were hired through placement agencies came to an end, the services of the petitioners automatically discontinued. The Court finds no merits in this petition. 7. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. 8.
