This is the Second Bail Application filed by the applicant under Section 483 of BNSS,2023, for grant of bail. The applicant is in jail since 30.05.2024 in connection with Crime No.123/2024 registered at Police Station – Jaynagar, Distt. Surajpur (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 of IPC. 2. It has been pointed out by the learned State counsel that there are three criminal antecedent of similar nature against the present applicant, in which, the applicant proposes to move bail application. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file the same after filing of the bail application in other cases/crime. 5.
