It is alleged that he had taken the nude photographs of his wife and threatened that if he will not be given 5 lakh rupees, he will made her photographs viral. Statement of the parents of the victim has been recorded in the case diary in which they have stated that they have not received any nude photographs of her daughter. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 12.09.2024.
