This criminal miscellaneous petition was filed in the year 2020 and on previous occasions, when the matter was called for hearing, nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Even otherwise, bare perusal of the petition would reveal that it has been preferred by the petitioner against order dated 21.11.2019 passed by the Special Judicial Magistrate, N.I. Act Case No.4, Kota (Rajasthan) whereby liberty of cross-examining the complainant has been closed by the trial Court. 3.
