Accordingly, Mr. Kamlesh Dubey, a retired Principal Judge, residing at P3-362, Paramount Golfmart, Plot No. BGH-A Site C, Surajpur, Greater NOIDA, Gautam Budha Nagar-201306, (Mob No. 9958619675), is appointed as the arbitrator to enter upon the reference and adjudicate the dispute in accordance with the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. 5. The arbitrator shall be entitled to fees and expenses, in accordance with the provisions of the fourth schedule inserted by Act No.3 of 2016. 6. The order dated 22.08.2025 is confirmed. The application under Section 11 of the Act thus, stands allowed.
