GP FOR FINANCE PLANNING The Court made the following ORDER: The above writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondent authorities in not releasing the amount of Rs.1,99,93,912/- for widening and strengthening of Temburu to Hiramandalam Road from Km 0/0 to 20/485 in Srikakulam District by agreement CR.No.2020-2021 dated 29.08.2020, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Today, when the matter is listed, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads & Buildings, submitted the instructions of the Superintending Engineer, (R&B) Circle, Srikakulam vide Lr.No.Wp No.32416/2023/Supdt/2023, dated 17.03.2025. 2 3. As seen from the instructions of the learned Superintending Engineer, the amount payable to the petitioner is Rs.1,09,90,714/- was paid to vide Ref.No.RBI2892468404591 dated 14.10.2024 pending the writ petition. A copy of the said letter is also produced to the learned counsel for the petitioners across the bar. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners, on verification from his client, endorsed the same. 5. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, since the amount has been paid to the petitioners, no further adjudication is required and thus the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
