Tarlok Singh Chauhan, C.J.(Oral) I.A. No. 3169 of 2025
1. Having heard the parties and being satisfied with the grounds shown, the limitation petition is allowed and the delay of 131 days in filing the appeal is condoned.
2. I.A. No.3169 of 2025 stands disposed of. L.P.A. No. 422 of 2025
3. We really wonder why the State has filed the instant appeal, as, from paragraph 5 of the impugned order, it is abundantly clear that the only direction passed by the learned Writ Court is to consider the matter relating to the appointment of the writ petitioner within a period of four months from the date of the receipt/production of a copy of the
order.
4. Considering such circumstances, the instant appeal is totally misconceived which is accordingly dismissed.
5. All pending Interlocutory Applications shall stand closed.
