1. Heard Ms. Moajungla, learned counsel for the appellant. Also heard Mr. B. N. Sarmah, the learned counsel for the claimants/respondents.
2. In view of the order passed today in I.A.(C) No. 108/2025, whereby the prayer for condonation of delay in filing the instant appeal has been dismissed.
3. This appeal is found barred by limitation and accordingly dismissed.
4. The Commissioner, Employee’s Compensation, Kohima shall disburse the awarded amount which has already been deposited before it by the applicant to the claimants as expeditiously as possible.
