Status Report has been filed by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (‘MCD’) on 22nd January 2025. It has been stated that the property was inspected and, during inspection, it was noticed that there exist non- compoundable deviations in the shape of projections on Municipal Land. Application for regularization of existing structure on the subject property has been rejected. 2. Pursuant to the demolition order already passed, action was taken on 14th November 2024, and 01 RCC panel of third floor with projection on right side the property was demolished. Another demolition action was taken, and the property was re-sealed. On 8th January 2025, 02 RCC panels on third floor were demolished, and after demolition, the property was re- sealed. 3. In view of the Status Report, the petition is disposed of. Liberty is given to petitioner to revive it in case of any continued infraction. 4. Order be uploaded on the website of this Court.
