Learned counsel appearing for the State would oppose and submits that WPS No.4278 of 2025 filed by the petitioner has been dismissed on merits and therefore, no liberty can be granted to the petitioner to pursue her representation. 3. Considering the rival submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present review petition, however, if she pursue her representation before the authorities concerned, the same may be considered in accordance with law keeping in view the order dated 20-06-2025 passed by this Court in WPS No.4278 of 2025 filed by the petitioner for redressal of her grievances. 4.
