On query made by the Court, leaned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not received notice under section 35(3) of BNSS, 2023, and in that view of the matter, the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty that if there will be further apprehension, she may file a fresh anticipatory bail application before the learned Sessions Judge. 4.
