Instant bail application has been filed by petitioner under Section 483 of BNSS in connection with FIR No.178/2025 registered at Police Station Rajgarh, District Alwar for the offence(s) under Sections 189(2), 115(2), 126(2), 109(1), 111(2) (b), 308(4), 324(5), 324(6), 351(3) of BNS, Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1) (s), 3(2)(va) of SC/ST Act & Section 27 of Arms Act. 2. Heard counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record. 3. Taking into consideration that petitioner is not named in the FIR; there is no specific allegation against the petitioner to cause injury on the injured, which is on non-vital part of the body; petitioner is in custody since May, 2025; conclusion of trial will take considerable time, but without commenting on merits of the [2025:RJ-JP:23630] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-6978/2025] case, this Court deems it just and proper to release the petitioner on bail. 4. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioner Kapil Kumar S/o Hariram shall be released on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Judge for his appearance before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing as and when called upon to do so.
