The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):- “1-That the Hon'ble court may be kind enough to call the record of the petitioner. 2-That the Hon'ble Court may be kind enough to issue any writ/ writs, order/ orders, direction/ directions in the nature of mandamus and to direct the respondent no. 1 to 5 to comply the Annexure P-5 & P-6. 3-That the Hon'ble Court may be kind enough to pass any writ, order or direction as deemed fit in the circumstances of the case.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a representation was made by the petitioner before the Assistant Labour Commissioner, Employees Provident Fund Organization, Raipur on 7.2.2019, but till date, the representation has not been decided. He would submit that a direction may be issued to the said authority to consider the representation and take an appropriate decision expeditiously. 4. No objection from the other side. 3 5. Heard learned counsel appearing for the respective parties and perused the documents present on record. 6. Considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned authority to decide the pending representation of the petitioner in an objective manner, strictly in accordance with the law, within a period of 120 days. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the authority concerned would be at liberty to decide the representation on its own merits without any observation made by this Court. 7.
