Learned counsel for the petitioner and the State have jointly submitted that the direction vide letter dated 01.05.2022 issued by the Sub-Divisional Officer-cum-Home Rent Controller, Dhalbhum, Jamshedpur, has been remanded back vide order dated 29.11.2022 by the Deputy Commissioner, East 2025:JHHC:32986 2 Singhbhum Jamshedpur to the Sub-Divisional Officer-cum- Home Rent Controller, Dhalbhum, East Singhbhum, Jamshedpur. 4. It has been submitted before this Court that a counter affidavit has been filed in similar matter [i.e. W.P. (C) No.4284 of 2022] and from which it is evident that vide order dated 29.11.2022 passed by the Deputy Commissioner, East Singhbhum, Jamshedpur the order passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer-cum-Home Rent Controller, Dhalbhum, Jamshedpur in other cases, has been set aside by remanding the matter to the Sub-Divisional Officer-cum-Home Rent Controller, Dhalbhum, Jamshedpur. 5. In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to move before the Sub-Divisional Officer-cum-Home Rent Controller, Dhalbhum, East Singhbhum, Jamshedpur for fixation of rent. 6. Accordingly, the learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to move before the Sub-Divisional Officer-cum-Home Rent Controller, Dhalbhum, East Singhbhum, Jamshedpur and who shall pass necessary order in accordance with law within a period of ten (10) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 7.
