State), under Section 6 of U.P. Control of Goondas Act, 1970, and order dated 9.4.2021 passed by Additional District Magistrate, Mau in Case No.01466 of 2019 (Computer Case No. D201915510001466) (State Vs. Pankaj Maurya) under Section 3(1) of of U.P. Control of Goondas Act, 1970, P.S. Chiraiyakot, District Mau. 2. The main order has been passed under Section 3(1) of UP Control of Goondas Act, which is effective only for six months. The period of externment got over on 8.10.2021, hence, with efflux of time the matter has become infructuous. 3. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
