Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 12.11.2025 from the Executive Engineer, B&R Division, HPPWD Joginder Nagar, conveying that the matter is still being examined at the government level. At the request of learned Additional Advocate General, one further opportunity of two weeks is granted to the respondents for filing compliance affidavit/reply subject to costs of Rs.5000/- to be paid to the petitioner on the next date of hearing. List on 05.12.2025.” 1 Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes 2 2. Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 04.12.2025 from the Executive Engineer, B&R Division, HPPWD Joginder Nagar, conveying passing of consideration order on 04.12.2025 and also compliance of the above extracted order concerning payment of costs to the petitioner. Copy of the consideration order has also been appended alongwith the office instructions. Taking note of above documents, the present execution petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to take consequential action by issuing appropriate orders in terms of the consideration order within four weeks. Liberty is, however, reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy for the redressal of his surviving grievances, if any, in accordance with law.
