Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents on written instructions dated 10.09.2024 would submit that petitioner is not available to serve RCS Notice and after service of the notice, respondent No.3 will file final report before the Court and that no cause of action survives for adjudication and that Court may pass appropriate orders by disposing of this Writ Petition. 3.
