The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "Issue a writ order or direction in nature of certiorari quash the order dated 13.12.2024 respondent No.4/ Tehsildar, Tehsil-Sadar, District Ghazipur in Case No.3497/2016 Computerized No.T2016142960103497 (Gaon Sabha VS. Lallan Ram) Under Section 67 U.P. Revenue Code-2006." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing appeal against the order impugned under Section 67(5) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. Since the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to entertain the instant petition. 5.
