The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chouparan P.S. Case No. 98/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 8 & 15 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Act, Hazaribagh. 3. On 30.03.205 at about 1:30 A.M., Chouparan police intercepted a truck bearing registration no. PB02EB-7486 from G.T. Road at Chouparan. On search, about 278 kgs. of poppy husk was found loaded in the said truck. Petitioner is the driver of the said truck. 4. Considering the fact that commercial quantity of poppy husk was recovered from the truck, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
