According to learned counsel for the petitioner, filing of the instant petition got necessitated owing to the failure of the respondents to pay the petitioner interest on the Insurance amount in time under Army Group Insurance Fund entitling the petitioner to the payment of interest thereof by the respondents which interest, however, despite being demanded by the petitioner from the respondents was not paid. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, in view of the nature of grievances projected in the petition would pray for disposal of the petition at this stage with the direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner expeditiously without any further delay. 4. Mr. Vishal Sharma, learned DSGI present in the Court enters appearance and is not averse to the disposal of the petition and the prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner. Sr. No. 42 2 WP(C) No. 1680/2025 5. Under the aforesaid circumstances, with the consent of the appearing counsels for the parties, the instant writ petition is disposed of by providing that the respondents shall address to the grievance of the petitioner and accord consideration thereof to the same, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date a copy of this order is produced by the petitioner to the respondents. The consideration be accorded strictly in accordance with the applicable rules and on the merits of the claim of the petitioner. 6.
