Learned counsel for the applicant submits that during the course of investigation, offences under Sections 336(3) and 340(2) of the BNS have been added, for which a bail application has not yet been filed before the Trial Court. Therefore, he prays for permission to withdraw the present applications with liberty to file a fresh, duly constituted bail application. 3.
