Learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. Amritansh Vats very fairly submits that similar writ petition has been dismissed vide order/judgment dated 06th May, 2024 passed in WPS No. 4886 of 2023 (Richa Raj Vs. State of Jharkhand and Ors.).
2. Counsel for the respondents also submits that this case is covered by the judgment passed in WPS No. 4886 of 2023 and his appointment has already been made in pursuance to Advertisement No. 4/2023.
3. Considering the aforesaid submission, this writ petition is also dismissed in terms of the order/judgment dated 06th May, 2024 passed in WPS No. 4886 of 2023 (Richa Raj Vs. State of Jharkhand and Ors.).
4. Pending interlocutory application, if any, also stands disposed of.
