2. I.A.No.2/2024 is filed under Section 151 of CPC seeking permission to grant leave to challenge the order passed by the KSAT in Application No.3754/2022 dated
18.11.2023. I.A.No.1/2024 is filed under Section 151 of CPC seeking dispensation of production of the translated copies of Annexure-A1, A2, A3, A7, R1 and R2.
3. Learned AGA submits that there is a provision for review the order rendered by the Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal in Application No.3754/2022 dated
18.11.2023. In the said order the Tribunal has directed the respondents that after disposal of the suit in O.S.No.697/2019 which is pending before the Prl. Civil Judge and JMFC, Mandya initiated by one Sulochana.P stated to the daughter of Puttaswamy S.K and Smt.madhu (second wife) to take action as per the decree of the said suit. He further submits that the order rendered by the Tribunal may be reviewed.
4. Keeping in view the submission made by the learned AGA and Order 47 Rule 1 of CPC relating to the review, liberty is granted to the petitioner to initiate

review petition before the Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal. However, whatever observation made in this petition, does not come in the way for initiation of review petition.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
In view of disposal of the petition, I.A.No.1/2024 also stands disposed of.
I.A.No.2/2024 is filed by the petitioner seeking leave. For the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the said application, the leave is accorded to the petitioner in accordance with law.
