In the present petition, grievance being raised by the petitioner is that the petitioner is undergoing the Post Graduate course at the Government Medical College and Hospital Sector 32, Chandigarh and during the said post graduate course, the students are entitled for stipend, which was being paid to the petitioner but starting from February 2025, the stipend has not been released, which act is arbitrary and illegal and the respondents are liable to be directed to grant the said stipend to the petitioner, which has been stopped and that too without passing any order to the said effect. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already raised the said grievance before the Principal, Government Medical College and Hospital, Sector 32 Chandigarh by way of representation dated 03.03.2025 (Annexure P-9), which is still pending AARTI SHARMA 2025.03.25 17:28 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CWP-8123-2025 -2- consideration with the respondents and the petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a direction is issued to the respondent No.3 to decide the same by passing an appropriate speaking order in a time bound manner. 3. Notice of motion. 4. On the asking of the Court, Mr. Parminder Kanwar, Advocate for Mr. Karanvir Singh, Advocate, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submits that in case, the representation dated 03.03.2025 (Annexure P-9) has been received in the office of the concerned authorities and the same is still pending consideration with the authorities concerned, the same will be decided by the respondent No.3- Principal, Government Medical College and Hospital, Sector 32 Chandigarh within a period of four weeks from the date of the receipt of certified copy of this order by passing an appropriate speaking order. Learned counsel further submits that in case, it is found feasible to accept the claim of the petitioner, the same will be accepted, otherwise due reasons for not accepting the claim of the petitioner will be mentioned in the speaking order to be passed and the said order will be conveyed to the petitioner for her information and necessary action. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement of learned counsel for the respondents, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further. 6.
