GP FOR WOMEN DEV CHILD WELFARE(AP) The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents herein in issuing notification in Memo.No.16/B/2012 dt.17.7.2018 issued by the 4th Respondent herein where under the Anganwadi centres against which the petitioners are working are being resorted to direct recruitment to the extent said above as illegal, arbitrary and in gross violation of rights guaranteed under Article 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India.” 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Mallik, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that, no further orders are required as the matter has become infructuous. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Women Development and Child Welfare would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. In that view, the Writ Petition is dismissed as the relief has become infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
