Sri K.Sai Sri Harsha, learned counsel representing Sri K.V.Bhanu Prasad, learned counsel for the appellant-company, appearing through virtual mode, submits the director of the appellant’s company, through whom the appeal was filed, passed away long ago, and in spite of efforts being made, the appellant is not responding, and consequently, he is unable to prosecute the appeal. 3. In view of the above, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for want of prosecution. 4. The interim order granted by this Court in A.S.M.P.No.2094 of 2005 on 18.10.2005 stands vacated. No order as to costs.
