The Applicant, a foreign national, states that he is not able to furnish a surety for being released on bail since the only relative known to him in the Country is his cousin sister, whose being a foreign national, will not be accepted as a surety. As such, through the present application, he seeks modification of the said condition to the extent that he be allowed to furnish either a personal bond or a cash surety. 2. Mr. Mukesh Kumar, APP for State, on the other hand, states that the Applicant does not have a passport and his credentials are entirely doubtful. Thus, he urges that the Applicant must furnish a surety, failing which there is a serious apprehension that he may abscond. 3. In response, Mr. Archit Upadhayay, counsel for Applicant states that This is a digitally signed order.
