The instant petition has been filed for the following relief: "I. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the operation of the impugned order dated 10- 02-2023 passed by respondent no.2 (Annexure no.10) as well as order dated 19-10-2013 passed by respondent no.3 (Annexure no.7). II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the respondents authorities to endorse the name of the petitioner in revenue record." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that the petitioner approached this Court earlier challenging the orders impugned by means of the Writ petition No.8974 of 2023 which was dismissed by this Court. Restoration application filed by the petitioner has also been dismissed. In view of the Chapter XXII Rule 7 of the Allahabad High Court Rules, the second writ petition is not maintainable for the same cause of action. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
