The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Nagar Untari PS Case No.100 of 2025, for offence registered under section 20(b)(II)(B) of NDPS Act, pending in court of learned Sessions Judge, Garhwa. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the case is also registered against his brother and further allegation is made that 1.573 kg Ganja has been recovered from the house, however, the said house is owned by his brother and his brother has been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.6424 of 2025 and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.18. He submits that the petitioner is working as Crane Operator in L/T Company at Bangalore. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that from the house in question the said Ganja has been recovered. 5. Considering that the brother of the petitioner, who is coaccused, has been granted anticipatory bail as aforesaid and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and the quantity of said Ganja is intermediary and it has also been pointed out that the petitioner is working as Crane Operator in L/T Company at Bangalore, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner. 6. Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before learned court within three weeks from today, and in event of his surrender/arrest, petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Garhwa, in connection with Nagar Untari PS Case No.100 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
