On 24.03.2025, the following order was passed: “The petitioner is seeking the concession Section 482 of BNSS, in case FIR No.157, dated 24.11.2024. under Sections 304, 3(5), 317(2) of BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Model Town, District Police Commissionerate. Ludhiana. Learned counsel for the petitioner, allegedly two unknown assailants attacked the complainant with a datar and thereafter. fled away from the scene after snatching her gold ornaments. Leamed counsel has submitted that the petitioner came to be nominated on the basis of a disclosure statement allegedly suffered by co accused.
