This petition has been filed to give directions to the respondents to arrest the accused-Pooran Sharma @ Pooran Mal Sharma in the FIR No. 92/2015, registered at Police Station Kotwali, District Bharatpur for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406 of IPC. 2. Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the factual report dated 04.08.2025 and the same is taken on record. 3. As per the factual report, the accused-Pooran Sharma was arrested and the charge-sheet against the said accused has been filed on 21.05.2015 in the Court below, therefore, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same has become infructuous.
