While placing on record communication dated 6.1.2025 issued under the signature of Regional Manager, HRTC Rural Unit, Dhalli, Shimla, Ms. Shrutika Chauhan, learned counsel appearing of the respondent states that mandate contained in the judgment alleged to have been violated stands duly complied with. Having perused aforesaid communication, which is taken on record vis-à-vis judgment alleged to have been violated, this Court finds that sums of Rs. 11,38, 598/- and 7,85,240/- stand paid to the applicant/petitioner on account of Gratuity and Leave Encashment vide cheques No. 042625 dated 22.11.024 and 042695 dated 6.1.2025, respectively. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant application, and as such, same is disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings before appropriate court of law qua surviving grievance, if any.
