Consequently, the Registry issued notice and the same was served on 20.01.2025 itself. 2. Thereafter, the matter was listed twice i.e., on 30.01.2025 and 20.02.2025 and there was no representation. Today also, despite the matter being listed under the caption ‘for dismissal’ by reflecting the name of the petitioner in the Cause-list, none appeared. From this, it appears that the petitioner is not showing any interest in pursuing the matter. 2 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
