Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Godda(M) (Motia O.P.) P.S. Case No.107 of 2024, registered under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Godda. On 13.06.2024, son of the informant had gone outside his house. Thereafter, he went missing. On 14.06.2024, his dead body was found buried near boring pump of one Vakil Yadav. Suspicion has been raised against the petitioner and the co-accused persons that they might have committed the murder of the son of informant. From the impugned order, it appears that the accused persons have confessed their guilt. Learned lawyer for the petitioner submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered on the pointing out of petitioner. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Godda in connection with Godda(M) (Motia O.P.)
