The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire record pertaining to the case of the petitioner's pond in the interest of justice. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside impugned order dated (Annexure- P/2) passed by the Learned S.D.O. Raipur, District Raipur (C.G.) in case no. 1/A- 71/2018-19 and also may kindly be pleased to make a direction to enter the name of the petitioner in the revenue records as a owner of the pond in the interest of justice. I have perused the impugned order (Annexure P-2) dated 31.12.2018. 3. According to the provisions of Section 44(2) of the CG Land Revenue Code, 1959, there is an efficacious statutory alternative remedy available to the petitioner to prefer an appeal before the appellate forum against the order dated 31.12.2018 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Raipur. Therefore, I am not inclined to entertain this petition. 4. Consequently, the petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to prefer an appeal before the appellate forum. 5.
