As no steps were taken, by order dated 26.06.2015, the appeal against the 1st respondent was directed to be dismissed automatically. However, the appeal came to be numbered in 2017. As per the earlier orders, since steps were not taken and appeal stood dismissed automatically against respondent No.1, learned counsel for the appellant seeks time to verify the same.
