Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Special POCSO Case No. 30 of 2025 arising out of Dumka (Mahila P.S. Case No. 11 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 65(1) and 303(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 4 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge (POCSO), Dumka. 3. On the pretext of marriage, the petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationships with the prosecutrix. Later on, the petitioner refused to marry her. 4. It appears that the parties were in physical relationship since last seven years. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge (POCSO), Dumka, in connection with Special POCSO Case No. 30 of 2025 arising out of Dumka (Mahila) P.S.
