ORDER:-
The petitioner filed the writ petition challenging the inaction on the part of the respondent authorities in not releasing the building permission.
2. The petitioner was required to furnish a No Objection Certificate from the authorities under the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Agricultural Land (Conversion for Non-Agricultural Purpose) Act, 2006 and subject to payment of development charges, etc.
3. This Court by order dated 26.12.2014, directed the respondent authorities to accord permission, subject to the petitioner’s compliance with the said requirement and payment of the requisite fee.
4. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submits that in pursuance of the directions of this Court, permission was granted and the petitioner has constructed a building in accordance with the sanctioned plan.
5. It is left open to the respondent authorities to take any further action, by following due process of law, with regard to non-compliance with the provisions of the 2006 Act.
6. Recording the same, nothing further is required to be adjudicated on merits, this Writ Petition is closed.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
