This interlocutory application has been preferred by the appellant for condoning the delay of 86 days in preferring the appeal. 3. Having been satisfied with the reasons assigned in the instant application, the same is allowed and the delay of 86 days in preferring the appeal is hereby condoned. 4. I.A. No. 14435 of 2025 stands disposed of. Cr. A.(DB) No. 1344 of 2025 5. This appeal is directed against the order dated 20.05.2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Koderma in connection with A.B.P. No. 344/2025 arising out of Domchanch P.S. Case No. 11/2025, whereby and where under the prayer for anticipatory bail of the appellant has been rejected. 6. It has been alleged that the appellant along with his associates had come near the house of the informant and one Rohit Mehta had thrown a bomb on account of which a cow had sustained injuries. Three bomb like substances were recovered at the place of occurrence by the Police. 7. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the appellant that the main allegation of throwing a bomb is attributed to Rohit Mehta. It has been submitted that two of the co-accused persons similarly situated, namely, Ajay Kumar Pandey @ Ajay Pandey @ Kallu Pandey and Amit Kumar @ Babu have been granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate 2025:JHHC:34922-DB 2 Bench of this Court in Criminal Appeal (DB) No. 631 of 2025. 8. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the appellant. 9. On consideration of the fact that the case of the present appellant is similar to that of the co-accused persons who have granted bail as noted above, we are inclined to allow this application. 10. Consequently, we set-aside the order dated 20.05.2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Koderma in connection with A.B.P. No. 344/2025 arising out of Domchanch P.S. Case No. 11/2025 and direct the appellant to surrender before the learned Trial Court within a period of four weeks and on his surrender, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma. 11. Accordingly, this appeal is allowed. (Rongon Mukhopadhyay, J.)
