By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to the respondent no.2 to consider the case of the petitioner for her transfer from district Kaushambi to district Barabanki within certin stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court on the post of community health officer; II. Issue the writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to the respondent no.2 to decide the representation dated 22.02.2025 of the petitioner within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned Standing Counsel states that in the next coming months new transfer policy will be brought into force. 4. Be that as it may, since the petitioner has made representation regarding transfer from district Kaushambi to district Barabanki on 22.02.2025, his claim shall be accorded due consideration and when new transfer policy will come into force, the same shall also be considered in accordance with law. 4. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent no.2 to look into and consider the claim of the petitioner as raised in his representation dated 22.02.2025 and decide the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
