The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Gidhour P.S. Case No. 47 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 17(c), 21(c), 22(c), 27(a), 28 & 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, N.D.P.S., Chatra. 3. On 28.06.2025, at about 3:40 P.M., Godhour Police apprehended co- accused Abhimanyu Kumar and Nitesh Kumar from Football Ground, Gidhour. On search, 286 grams of brown sugar were recovered from his possession. 4. It was submitted that though the petitioner is named in the F.I.R., but his name has come in confession of co-accused Abhimanyu Kumar. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, N.D.P.S., Chatra in connection with Gidhour P.S.
