The petitioners have been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 17(A)/2012 arising out of Nagar Untari P.S. Case No. 87/2011, for the offences registered under Sections 304(B) & 34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-II, Nagar Untari, Garhwa. 3. Petitioners happen to be in-laws of the deceased Amrita Kumari @ Amrita Devi, who died in her matrimonial home in a mysterious circumstance. 4. From perusal of the post mortem report, it appears that there was no external or internal injury on the person of deceased. 5. It was submitted that after investigation, police has submitted its final form against the petitioners and subsequently petitioners were made accused in this case during trial. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge- II, Nagar Untari, Garhwa in connection with S.T.
