Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that applicant/petitioner is holding the post of Assistant Director (Survey), Town and Country Planning Area, Ambikapur, District-Surguja, and he has challenged his suspension order dated 17.05.2024 in WPS-7273 of 2025. Due to typographical mistake, in Digitally signed by V PADMAVATHI Date: 2025.08.07 10:44:55 +0530 Mcc 789 of 2025 2 paragraph-1 (2nd line) of the order dated 17.07.2025, “Assistant Draftsman” has been typed, whereas, correct designation of the applicant is “ Assistant Director”. Therefore, order dated 17.07.2025 requires modification. 3. Learned State counsel has no objection. 4. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, and also from perusal of the pleading, application for modification of order dated 17.07.2025 passed in WPS-7273 of 2025 is allowed. 5. In paragraph-1 of the above order, “Assistant Draftsman” be read/substituted as “Assistant Director” and rest of the order dated 17.07.2025 passed in WPS-7273 of 2025 shall remain intact. 6.
