2. Exemption allowed, subject to all just exceptions.
3. The application is disposed of. CRL.M.A. 6441/2025 (modification of the order dated 17.01.2025)
4. The present application under Sections 440 and 445 of the Cr.P.C. read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. (Sections 484 and 490 of the BNSS read with Section 528 of the BNSS) seeks the following prayers:-
“In view of the fact and circumstances mentioned above it is prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to modify the order dated 17/01/2025 ( BAIL. APP. No. 4134/2024) to the following extent:- i. By reducing the surety amount from Rs. 50,000/- to 25,000/- in the interest of Justice. ii. The requisite surety be allowed to be deposited in cash. This is a digitally signed order. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 01/07/2025 at 00:16:10
iii. Or Pass Any other order which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper under the fact and circumstances of the case.”

6. Learned ASC for the State accepts notice.

In view of the averments made in the application and in the interest of justice, the order dated 17.01.2025 is modified to the extent that the applicant shall be released on bail on his furnishing a cash security of Rs. 25,000/- to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/Link Court. Needless to state, all the other bail conditions imposed on the applicant vide order dated 17.01.2025 shall remain the same.
8. The application is allowed to the aforesaid extent and disposed of accordingly.
9. Copy of the order be sent to the concerned Jail Superintendent for necessary information and compliance.
