4. The present application has been filed under Section 419(4) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of special leave.

6. Perused the impugned judgment and gone through the other material available on record.
7. On due consideration, application for grant of leave to appeal is allowed. Registry is directed to register the case as regular Acquittal Appeal.
8. Notice be issued to the respondent by ordinary course as well as by registered mode within two weeks on payment of process fee after registration of acquittal appeal.
9. In view of the above, present CRMP stand disposed of.
