Heard Shri Arvind Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Ram Prakash Shukla, learned counsel for the respondent Bank. By the impugned order dated 30.10.2024 the claim of the petitioner for grant of compassionate ground appointment after the death of his brother has been declined. If that be the case, it is always open to the petitioner to make an application for such entitlement. In case such application is made, the same shall be decided within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of.
