AT CHANDIGARH (206) RSA-2433-1999 (O&M) Date of Decision:-08.08.2025 MALUK SINGH & ANOTHER … Appellants Versus GURBUX SINGH AND OTHERS ... Respondents -.- CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIRINDER AGGARWAL Present:- Mr. B.R. Mahajan, Senior Advocate with Ms. Prerna Malhotra, Advocate for the appellants. **** VIRINDER AGGARWAL , J . (Oral) 1. Learned Senior Counsel for the appellants submits that appellants has lost touch with him and he has sent communication to them, which has been received back undelivered, whereas notices issued through Court process were also received back unserved as appellant No.1 was not available at the given address and appellant No.2 has died. It seems that appellant No.1 is not interested in pursuing this appeal. 2. In view of the above and given prevailing circumstances, there seems to be no justification to keep the appeal on the docket, indefinitely. Accordingly, the instant appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution with liberty to appellant No.1 to revive the same, if have any grievance from this order, within a period of three months from today.
