GP FOR FINANCE PLANNING (AP) The Court Made the Following Order:- This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed for the following relief: “to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ Order or Orders Direction or Directions to reinstate 2 and continue the petitioners in service till they complete the age of 60 years in view of the Resolution of Board of Directors dated 29.12.2015 in the 194 Board Meeting and the order of the Honble Supreme Court in SLP No.140331403412017 dated 05.05.2017 with all consequential benefits including seniority backwages and to pass...” 2. Ms. Priya Anvitha, learned counsel representing Sri Vedula Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that in view of the subsequent events taken place in the lis, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for further adjudication and the Writ Petition has become infructuous. 3. Recording the submission made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no orders as to costs.
