The petitioner is a limited liability partnership involved in laundry services was called upon to close its Unit by respondent No.3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pending consideration of this writ petition, the petitioner has shifted his Unit.

3. Both learned counsels submit that the present writ petition does not survive for further consideration. However, learned counsel for the petitioner brings to the notice of this Court that the petitioner has retained a small portion of the premises for the limited purpose of ironing clothes and is, therefore, seeking a direction to respondent No.3 to consider his application for renewal of the trade and business license to enable him to continue his laundry services.
4. In light of the above submission, if the petitioner submits an application for renewal of the trade and business license, respondent No.3 is directed to consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law and as expeditiously as possible.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
